In a small bowl mix cinnamon and sugar together. Add the butter and stir until smooth.  

Heat grill to high. Brush peaches with oil and grill until golden brown and just cooked through. Top each with a few teaspoons of the butter and garnish with mint leaves.

Grilled Peaches

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 stick butter, at room temperature

4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted

Safflower or grapeseed oil

Lemon verbena leaves, for garnish
