The change in temperature has definitely inspired us to more action. We were not highly motivated during August in the extreme heat. Halloween decorations are out and that has given us the feeling that fall is just around the corner. We’ve been receiving daily shipments of lovely and fragrant items for the gift shop. All in all, we are getting in shape again both inside and out. Fall is a favorite time of year and this is the month we build our autumn scarecrow display. The deadline for our finished creations is Fall Festival, October 9. View them anytime through Halloween but vote on your favorite during the festival. We look forward to being back in the gardening mood and will have a nice selection of plants in stock by mid-month.
